RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
- All items would need to be purchased originally from Big Bee Family
If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable nor returnable.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
2. EXCHANGE & RETURN DETAILS
2.1 To return any items, please contact Customer Service at +852 6672 2899 or by email [email protected] from Mon to Fri, 12 pm to 7 pm.
2.2 All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original receipt and return to: Shop G02, G/F, Tin Hau Apple SOLO, 14 King’s Road, Tin Hau, Hong Kong
2.3 Please allow one to two weeks from the date you return the product for exchange progress. You will be contacted once your exchange is completed.
3.1 No refunds will be issued.
3.2 Postage will not be refunded, if applicable.
4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 Each item can only be exchanged once (If the colour for ECO Minerals foundation mismatch with your skin, we allow to return and exchange for another colour once)
4.2 We, Family Love Health & Beauty Limited, are not responsible for any damage after delivery.
4.3 All claims for shortages must be reported to Customer Service on the date of delivery.
4.4 Family Love Health & Beauty Limited reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
